We are thankful for our convert Gideon Goodpaster.  After experiencing repentance and conversion he feels at peace with God and man.  We now have the opportunity as a church to bring encouragement or any concerns we may have, as he awaits baptism.

Burlington church is hosting the annual Bentonsport potluck and singing this year on Sunday, September 14.  Please RSVP to  Bro. Ryan or Sis. Heidi Frank by tomorrow if you plan to attend.  More details on the event were sent in an email earlier this week.

Wapello mobile food pantry is this Wednesday morning at 10:45.

I plan to give a summer conference update this Wednesday evening.  All are welcome to attend.

A volunteer work night at the new Fellowship Center project is planned for this Thursday evening starting at 5:00.

Sunday School will start on August 31. We invite everyone to help sing before Sunday School at 10:10.

The annual paint-a-thon house painting project will be on Tuesday, September 2 starting at 9 am.  The project will be held at 317 N. Patsy in Mediapolis.
